Your consultation is completely private, meaning you have the boutique all to yourself. This means if you choose to not show up to your appointment or cancel, another bride does not have the opportunity to find their wedding gown. Due to the number of cancellations we have experienced, there is a non-refundable fee of $25 to schedule your bridal appointment or $150 if you select the champagne bridal appointment.

Bought your gown at another boutique but need accessories? We offer accessory consultations for free. Yes, you may bring your gown to find your accessories.

We want to be sure to give every bride a chance to find their dream gown. All you need to do is visit our website and schedule a consultation.

You may bring 4 guests with you.However, all guests must be at least 13 years old.

We recommend bringing the shoe style and any undergarments that you intend to wear. Yes please wear underwear or shapewear. Even if not wearing on your wedding day. This is a requirement to try on our gowns.

These items allow you to see how a gown flows and important when measuring for your custom gown. Most importantly is bring friends or family that support you in finding your dream gown.

We only allow water to be brought into the boutique. Our gowns are not in bags so the bride can truly see and choose her gown. The rule of limiting food and beverage is to protect the gowns for you and our future brides!

We recommend ordering 8- 9 months prior to your wedding. This allows time for your custom made gown to arrive arrive about 2 - 3 months prior to your wedding day to allow time for any alterations and bridal portraits. However, some of our designers do offer rush orders.

Note: your gown could come in prior to 6 months, depends on the designer.

Our samples range in sizes from bridal 6 to 14. However can be ordered in sizes 0 - 28. We also carry a curvy line in the store and carry sample sizes from 16w - 24w.

Once you find your dream gown, you will be measured in order to determine the best size.

Absolutely! We carry Eddy K Curvy in the boutique. However, most of our designers you can order up to a size 28.
